CENTRAL PROCESSING TECHNICAL TRAINING SCHOOL POLICIES:

 

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To take the Central Processing course, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Must have graduated from high school or earned a GED

Be at least 18 years of age

Pay all applicable tuition/fees prior to starting the course

 

HOW TO APPLY

Applications are available online and accepted year round. To be considered for admission into the program, the applicant must:

1. Submit a completed on-line application

2. Pay $1150 course tuition (course + exams)

 

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for graduation from the program, students must meet the following criteria:

All financial obligations must be met  

The student must pass all chapter tests and final exam with scores of 80% or higher

Course must be completed in 12 weeks or less

 

REFUND POLICY

FULL REFUNDS will be given to students who withdraw from the course within the first five (5) business days after registering with CPTTS.

 

PRO-RATED REFUNDS will be given to students withdrawing from the course after the first five (5) days up to the fifth (5th) week of class after registering with CPTTS.

 

NO REFUNDS will be given after the fifth (5th) week after registering with CPTTS.

 

Students can withdraw from the program up to five (5) weeks after registering to receive a partial refund. Only the portion of the program that is not completed will be considered for the pro-rated refund if the request is made within the acceptable timeframe. Refunds will be paid within thirty (30) days after the request has been made.

 

ACADEMIC INTEGRITY

All students of CPTTS are expected to maintain integrity in their academic pursuits. Academic dishonesty cheats all those who depend upon the integrity of the school and its certification. As a student or a graduate of the program, you represent CPTTS and its integrity. It is a quality essential of all medical workers since a dishonest attitude and perspective will put patient’s health and lives at risk.

 

CPTTS considers the following to be serious breaches of integrity:

Fraudulently obtaining test information

Having someone else complete your exams and submitting them as your efforts.

 

CPTTS takes policies regarding academic dishonesty very seriously and will strictly enforce them in this course. Students who cheat or plagiarize in any form will be dismissed from the program without a refund and their Certificate of Completion will be considered null and void.

 

 

NO UNITS/CREDITS

CPTTS does not offer nor accept units/credits for the Central Processing Technician course. The course cannot be transferred to any other college or university. Earning a Certificate of Completion at Central Processing Technical Training School will not serve as a basis for obtaining a higher level degree at another college or university.

 

ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE INSTRUCTION

CPTTS does not provide instruction in English as a Second Language.

 

EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE

CPTTS does not find or guarantee employment upon completion of the program.

The course fee does not include the fee for the national certification exam

Successful completion of the course makes you eligible to take the National Certification Test as a Central Processing Technician 

Clinical exposure/internships in Central Processing Department are not required to graduate from the program

CPTTS does not guarantee any jobs after the completion of the course

CPTTS does not offer job placement assistance
